The 437 Project is seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead our growing statewide mission of advancing mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Working closely with the Board of Directors, this individual will oversee organizational operations, expand fundraising and corporate partnerships, strengthen community engagement, and provide strategic leadership for our annual 437-mile relay and other statewide initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on leader with strong nonprofit management, fundraising, event coordination, and communication skills.
